I have been working on this myself. Recognizing that you are triggered can help you look at the situation a bit differently. This has allowed me to practice self care and recognize when I am reacting with emotion, instead of logic!

My biggest trigger is Disrespect ! I have two teen boys and boy does this trigger me! 😩😢

Yes I can relate to every emotion mentioned. Please comment on how you address or react to prevent feeling useless
