I love the idea of giving young children tools and ideas to deal with their big emotions. I have been thinking about this a lot. One of the easiest things I have learned is when a child (or adult) starts to feel triggered, movement really helps, just 10 minutes of walking, running, stomping feet, swirling arms... relieves the build up to help think more clearly. ...
