Nolan Finley, editorial page editor and columnist for The Detroit News, and Debbie Dingell, political analyst, square off as hosts of the half-hour editions that provide rapid-fire commentary from conventional and moderate perspectives on issues that have a direct effect on Michigan and its citizens.

Nolan Finley & Debbie DingellFinley is inclined to reflect a conservative view of current issues, while Dingell tends to express a liberal point of view. Together, they generate respectful conflict and fresh ideas designed to spur you to form your own opinions and become involved in issues that affect you. The program has featured interviews with newsmakers from non-traditional to traditional perspectives.
With weekly episodes taped in the studios of Detroit Public Television, Am I Right? examines issues such as public school funding, taxes, crime, politics and business development.
