  • TRUMP-GOP FALLOUT:  The strife between the GOP and Donald Trump continues to grow as more Republicans distance themselves from the presidential candidate. The MiWeek team looks at how the Michigan GOP delegation is handling the situation and discusses whether this GOP discord will have any impact on next month's election.
  • REGIONAL TRANSIT:  Among the local ballot questions next month is a tax for operation of the proposed regional transit system. The MiWeek team discusses the pros and cons of the Regional Transit Authority of Southeast Michigan's $4.6 billion Master Plan. 

  • DETROIT CBA:  Detroiters will decide in next month's election whether they want to make Community Benefits Agreements a law in the city. The MiWeek team sorts through the two proposals that would guarantee certain amenities and guarantees for Detroiters when major developments take place in the city.

  • HEADLINES: Among this week's headlines: Governor Snyder is sued for using taxpayer dollars to pay for his criminal defense in the Flint water crisis.
