On March 21st from 7 pm until 11 pm, the DPTV Board of Trustees were “taking names and taking numbers” again for the Annual Board Challenge Night – raising over $21,000 in phone pledges and taking over 127 phone calls. More than fifteen board members and their families came out in support of DPTV and it was a successful evening for all involved - Thanks to our Board and our great donors!

Board of Trustees
Detroit Public Television is governed by a Board of Trustees led by Board Chair, Melonie Colaianne, President, MASCO Foundation. The board is composed of representatives from the local, business, civic, and cultural communities. The station is operated by a professional staff headed by President and General Manager Rich Homberg.
DPTV’s Community Advisory Panel, led by Chairman and State Rep. Fred Durhal, Jr., reviews the station’s content (programming, productions) and community engagement and connects the station to ideas and interests of other organizations in Southeast Michigan.
